The revised targeted chemo regimen for the leukemia component of my new downhill life started out with the best of intentions. But within just a few days from initiation things went undeniably off the rails.
Being alive used to be so easy and unbothered by these types of complexities.
Now I feel like a contestant on Jeopardy hoping I choose the right question which will keep me on the show for another week.
Hopefully Thursday’s upcoming visit with The Team will bring a reset to happier, more oncologically-effective times we all remember so well.
